After the purchase, I had a small issue with the machine, but Rob provided excellent support and handled the situation professionally. We came in today needing to buy a laser level tool for someone I know. We came in with zero knowledge of what to get, the service guy was soo nice and patient with our curiosity wanting so see multiple different models. We got to look at different models jumping around between the models and even get to so demonstrations but he was still patiently showing us and explaining through the function of each one. In the end we were able to get the right model, just wanting to say we are much appreciated with his patience with helping us out today, unfortunately we didn’t get his name but we felt the need to show how much we appreciated his help.
